For cancellations made less than 40 days prior to arrival, $10 will be forfeited for each room cancelled.

Within 39-21 days prior to arrival, 50% of 1 night room rate will be forfeited.

Within 20-15 days prior to arrival, 60% from total cost will be forfeited.

Within 14 days prior to arrival date, 100% from total cost will be forfeited.

Peak Season

Cancellation after booking is confirmed will be charged.

For cancellations made less than 50 days prior to arrival, 1 night room rate will be forfeited.

Within 49-37 days prior to arrival, $50 from total cost will be forfeited.

Within 36-21 days prior to arrival, $60 from total cost will be forfeited.

A1. In principle, we do not give hotel recommendation.

Since hotel satisfaction may vary greatly depending on your personal preferences, please check the hotel information directly on the Luxury Stay homepage. Furthermore, you can check online reviews on the internet for further consideration before selecting.

A2. Luxury Stay is a hotel reservation provider with direct access to various hotels through a local company in Indonesia to help customer book hotels at lower prices.

Our responsibilities and limitations are up to the point of reserving the requested hotel. We do not take responsibility for any problems arising during your stay at the hotel for cases like discontentment on hotel facility and service or customer’s negligence on their personal duties (lost item/ stolen item/ accident/ illness, etc.).

A3. It is usually one of the parts that many customers are mistakenly for.

The exchange rate that comes out on Naver dollar exchange rate is the “trade standard”, but exchange rate that applicable to hotel reservation is “purchase standard”. Usually exchange rate on the booking date is applied, but if it fluctuates we will inform you separately and real-time exchange rate will be applied. Once invoice is issued, it is valid for 3 days. Due to depreciation of the exchange rate, please request new invoice after 3 days.

A4. You should contact the hotel directly or ask your credit card company.

Please present your credit card upon check-in as a guarantee for damage or loss to hotel property. This demand for security deposit is common in hotels all over the world. Deposit is not an actual payment, it will be automatically cancelled when there is no any problem upon check-out even though you have received the successful payment notification. Occasionally, there is a case when the payment is not automatically cancelled, but it’s not the case that can be settled by Luxury Stay.

A5. . Any request from guest will be requested to the hotel, however it is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Please check your request to the front-desk upon check in. Luxury Stay is not responsible for any non-guaranteed term.

A6. You will not get point for your membership reward program at hotel chains, as the reservation done through travel agency.

If you want the point added for membership managed by the hotel chains, you can reserve the room through the hotel official website. It is ruled by each hotel policy, but if you make the reservation through Luxury Stay as the travel agency, no point will be added to your membership reward program.
